About Suzanne & Associates, LLC

Suzanne & Associates was founded in 1997 with the premise that there was a better way to meet the health care staffing needs of agencies, clinics and hospitals in Pittsburgh and Allegheny County.

In the past 15 years we’ve grown from two employees to over 300 and have expanded our service area to include parts of Washington and Westmoreland counties. To better serve our clients we’ve also added a second location in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh.

A team is only as effective as its members. Our first person hired in 1997 is still with us, working full-time as a therapist. Much of Suzanne & Associates is made up of family and friends. We take care of our team and have a family atmosphere. As a result we have a motivated staff, a high employee retention rate and clients who are satisfied with our staffing services.

The company started with the goal of placing individuals with mental health degrees in employment opportunities to increase their earnings and minimize or eliminate the disruptive internal politics that some organizations have. We also knew that our employees would expect these opportunities to correspond to their personal goals.

We understand that today’s health care workers and professionals want their earnings to be commensurate with their degrees and experiences. On the same token, we know that agencies demand professionalism and accountability from their staffing providers. Our mental and home health care employees are amongst the highest paid in Allegheny County, and the providers we assist with staffing appreciate our understanding of their needs and matching those requirements with the appropriate personnel.

Mental health staffing was our initial chosen niche in the Pittsburgh health care area. Over time many of the agencies we’ve serviced have requested home health care staffing as well. We’ve responded to this market need by recruiting, training and adding home health care workers to our team.
